My name is cristoff Nolan. I'm a regular client at bingo mall@reds. I visit the branch atheist 5 times a week for the last 3 years. I spend on average R5000 per visit. So R25000 per week. Tonight is the absolute last time that i have been treaded badly by your employees.(17/03/16). I have been writing complaints in your complaints book from October last year and not once had an response back from anyone. Tonight once again i arrived at 12:10 and they refused me entry. Having some sort of a Singh up that wasn't their yesterday when i visited the branch. Saying that they close earlier for some renovation. Now first of all their was no Singh up yesterday second when i arrived people were still gambling. I asked the guy in front to let me in while the other people are still playing and he refused. I called for the manager who i waited for quite a while. All the staff know my name by heart and then this lady try to argue with me that the Singh was up yesterday witch it wasn't. And also refused me access. I lost my temper completely. This was my last visit to the bingo branch. Also i have seen that some of my other high rollers friends also left this branch. Disappointed customer.
