VIU -Worst App EVER!

Viu is the worst platform ever! there services are either never working , or they request you to become a premium member and when you pay you don't have access to premium, so what was the money for?? I have sent them over 3 emails and they keep asking for proof of payment on the EXACT same email thread that has already been sent twice! QUICK to take your money but cant provide the service or actual assistance. Just discontinue the App, its useless anyways! I will never ever recommend Viu to anyone, ever! waste of money, patience and time. Today im stuck yet again with a circle on the screen portraying a loading signal. All the other apps work beautifully, and even when i dont have the circle, i paid for premium, but guess what ...i cant use it, Suprise Suprise!!
