VIU Subscription

I subscribed to this VIU subscription thinking it provided all eTV channels and that's was not the case it bills R69 a month and I have been cancelling it from the minute I subscribed but it just tells you to go on play store it now debited me twice and refuses to cancel can I get help on this or getting incontact with thsse people as they are no where tk be found I am so disappointed

Unfortunately the license to those shows was not renewed by the license holder. You can cancel your subscription in Google Play under subscriptions.
