VIU SA PATHETIC SERVICE

I have been asking for assistance for 2 days. I am trying to reset my password and it keeps saying i will get an email where i can do the password reset but i never receive that email!!!! I have sent messages on Facebook and Facebook messager NO RESPONSE!!! It has an option to contact then but they just never assist this is PATHETIC SERVICE?!!!!!
