I won R1,000 cash prize from Viu South Africa (ViuSouthAfrica) on Twitter on the 10th of October 2019. It has been 5 weeke since they last announced me as one of their winners but they haven’t sent out the prizes to this day. They keep saying they’re awaiting feedback from finance but still, no action seems to be taken. This is unacceptable. I sent a text on their direct messages even an email but they are both being ignored.
