STREAMING SERVICE NOT WORKING

Good day.

i am a bit disappointed in the service that I get from VIU. Every day during the week I watch a soap called 7de laan. Last night when I wanted to watch it, when I press play all I get is a black screen. And I already checked it is not my internet connection.

What bothers me is....today I tried to watch the episode again but still have the back screen. The problem is not on my side. This has happened before but the following day it was fixed.

I really hope this issue can be addressed. Thank you. Mr Elriek Swanepoel
