I subcribed for the add-free premium subscription. Viu took money from my account but my membership is still on basic. They haven't responded to any of my messages and when I want to watch something, the app says I must start a premium subscription, but I ALREADY did! Viu is a ****. They only want you money. The service is pathetic. :(
