****** Subscription

Viu has turned my 30 day subscription into one day subscription and they will not respond to any of my communications to rectify what they have done. I have bought the premium of R29 and for the first day when I downloaded shows they've made them to be available for 24hrs,which is strange becouse the none-premium vidoes are allowed to exprire 7 days after the download. The next day when I wanted to download, I was told to buy the premium again. I looked for their contact details and send them email but they will never respond. In a nutshell, I was ****** by Viu. I paid for something that isn't there.

If you don't want to loose your money over nkthing, please don't buy any premium on that app, you will loose.
