Vitatrade - ****???

I ordered diet tablets on-line. Vitatrade is the company that supply the products and debit your account. The adverti*****t was a special where you order Garcinia basics for R55 and Basic Cleanse for R52 on 29 Jan 2015. My debit card was charged with these amounts and then on 10 March 2015 again with R1118.52 and on 12 March 2015 with R1126.07. I called my Bank this morning and the consultant suggested that I cancel my card because Vitatrade will keep on taking money from my account every month. I called the number provided on the adverti*****t today, 13 March 2015 - indeed Friday the 13th. Vitatrade said that I didn't read the Terms and Conditions properly and because I didn't query non-delivery within the given time I was charged the normal price. According to Vitatrade the products had been shipped but customs SA checks all shipments from overseas thoroughly. I haven't received a thing from them, they took R2351.59 from my bank account and I had to cancel my debit card to prevent them from taking more money from me. I will be submitting a dispute form from the Bank today. I just pray that the Bank will rule in my favour and refund me. BE CAREFUL!!
