On 28 January 2015 I ordered Garcinia Basics as well as Basic Cleanse Plus from a company that advertised online. It was advertised on the web that you can order 1 month's supply for free & only pay for shipment (R55 and R52 respectively). The shipment money was deducted immediately. To this day, 18 February, I still haven't received a thing. On 16 and 17 February two amounts were deducted from my credit card: R1,077.49 and R1,055.55. When I phoned my bank they confirmed that it was this company who made these deductions. So I phoned the company & they said that according to the terms & conditions you do actually pay for these products. So my bank confirmed that this is a **** & that they are well aware of this. Lots of admin later, the bank promised that I will get my money back within 5 - 7 working days after logging a dispute. How ridiculous is this. NEVER EVER make use of this company. They are sharks.
