Ordered Goods - Not received and overcharged

My account was debited on the 15th of Jan with R80.50, R79.45 and R22.78 on the 16th with R21.09 and on the 3rd of Feb with R1.063.16 for products ordered. To date I have not received anything from them. I went online with a consultant who indicated that I did not read the terms and conditions. There is nothing that they can do as it was my own mistake. In spite of the additional amount they took off without my permission I am not even getting the products. This company should not be allowed on Google as people are losing money.
