NO INVOICE AND HANDED OVER TO DEBT COLLECTORS!!!!!

I was taken to er by vitalmed in September 2019. On 27 February 2021 I was contacted by Colmed Debt collectors for the bill. VitalMed has never ever given me or my medical aid an invoice, a statement, even contacted me. I find this behaviour extremely unprofessional! I have phoned VitalMed 3 times and they are unable to supply me an invoice or any information. The debt collectors eventually managed to supply me with a a copy of an invoice.
