VITALIO PRODUCTS - PLEASE BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Please take this VITALIO WARNING very seriously as this company seems to be a ****.

I struggle with sleep apnea and bought one of their products (airflow facial mask). Their service was slow and when the product arrived, there was no invoice, nor instructions and was in a plastic pouch. The product was not as advertised and when I wanted to return it (3 days in), I was told that the expense (at my cost) was not worth my while and they would offer me 20% return fee - some 'story' about international shipment etc. I sent them their own money back guarantee website details (includes free return) and when I tried to reach them telephonically, line reports as faulty. WhatsApp has an attractive lady on pic but no response. I commented on social media FB and the message content was not posted. No surprises there.

PLEASE BEWARE OF ANYTHING VITALIO!!!!!!!
