Terrible service!!

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I have received regarding a recent purchase for my elderly mother.

She ordered a product for a medical reason. Unfortunately, the product was not suitable for her needs, and it remains unused in its original packaging.

We attempted to initiate a return in accordance with your clearly stated refund policy on your website. However, our efforts have been met with, unanswered messages for days, unhelpful or evasive responses. This lack of responsiveness and disregard for your own policies are deeply concerning, especially considering the product was intended for a senior citizen on a fixed income.
