SA Vitalio Bad Service

My husband bought a mini portable Nubilizer from Vilalio SA. Upon using it the liquid came into his mouth. We contacted Vitalio SA and they wanted us to take photos. It is impossible to capture it on camera. I asked for a refund as that is what their adverti*****t said. I can provide evidence of it. They are ignoring my emails. I asked them to either phone my husband or myself. I provided our cellphone numbers. No response any further. SA Vitalio adverti*****t is false. Their after sales is very poor. Don't know if there might be other people also battling to get any after sales service from SA Viltalio.
