Poor service

I ordered their Vitality bundle on 27 September. I have been tracking my parcel and according to their couriers my package arrived in South Africa on 01 October. They do not respond to my messages. They are based in Cape Town like me so I do not understand the delay or their reluctance in communicating. Very frustrating to not have a contact other than a WhatsApp line and Email they don't respond to, or a physical address. Makes you wonder how legit they really are. Time will tell if I got ****med or not
