No after sales service

I ordered and received my hearing aids. From the first day I experienced problem with the batteries. It doesn't last for longer than 4 hrs when fully charged and not 48hrs as claimed/advertised I've notify Vitalio regarding my concern/ problem and the request photos of the damaged product??? I've explained that the product was not physically damaged and it seems to have a defect(technical) with the batteries. I've then requested the return/refund procedure as I'm not interested in a product with no after sale service -although advertised. To date no reply/answer. It looks like they disappeared????
