AWFUL! When you are newly pregnant and have NO idea what you are doing, this business will just dismiss your questions. I emailed them looking for a gynae, only to be told the gynae I was seeking had moved specialisations. Fair enough. I really have no clue what I should really be doing at the moment, in terms of my pregnancy (seeing a gynae? having scans? a midwife? a doula? a hospital? WHO KNOWS!!) so I asked them for guidance - where I could possibly find a gynae etc. They just brushed me off, with a 'No' and a flippant 'good luck'! Disgusting and unprofessional. Thankfully I NEVER have to use them. Kelly Beck, in particular, was rude and dismissive! Awful service.
