Worst customer service ever.

I am utterly disgusted with the after sales customer service offered by Vital. Quick to Market the brand but really dont bother to atleast get back to customers who have complained. I purchased a pack of Vital Gold multivits on the 18th Sept, upon opening the product, there were only 22 capsules as opposed to the 30 capsule package, i emailed Vital on the night of the 18th Sept to complain and bring this to their attention, i received a response email on the 19th Sept requesting my personal info as well as the purchase and package info, i responded with all the required info on the 21st Sept, No response was received, i further sent another email on the 27th September, to date i have not received any form of communication. This is the most pathetic customer service i have ever received. Iv been using Vital for years and if this is how us paying customers are treated, i sure as hell will not use any products of theirs and i highly suggest you think twice before doing so as well. I can very well afford to buy any product i want, so my complaint is not to get free bee's from your company, merely to get what i paid for. At least have the courtesy to respond to your customers.
