Theft, ***** and Fals Advertising!!!
I bought almost R2,000.00 worth of goods from Vital (online) on the 17th February 2018. Until today (24th February 2018), Vital has not delivered my purchased goods. I decided to email them first, using the email address on my "receipt page" (attached), which bounched back as an invalid email address. I then used the email address on their main page and i still havnt received a response from them. On the "receipt page", it clearly states that delivery will only be between 2-4 days. WOW! This now, is not only theft, its ***** and fals advertising aswell. I will be reporting this case to the police and to the Consumer Board and the Ombudsman.

26 Feb 2018, 16:54Until today (26th February 2018), Vital has STILL not delivered my goods, nor have they rep**** to my email, asking about my order. I called the number listed on their site today. A lady answered and just said "hello". No company intro in her greeting, as per the standard way of any companys reception answering manner. I had to ask: "is this Vital?" Wow! I asked her about my order and she only asked for my phone number and said she will find out and get back to me. She never asked me what my order number is. I had to ask her if i can give her my order number. Sjoe! I made that call to Vital at midday today. She still hasnt phoned me back.
Please, please listen to me...DONT by any goods online from Vital...they are poison...in so many ways!!! Trust me.
Ive lost almost R2,000.00 in dealing with their online shop...
