Theft

On 27th December I ordered goodies online which came to R343.20. To date I have not received my goodies. Yesterday I went online and say that they made my goodies as failed and that I need to make payment. I checked my bank statement and see that the amount of R343.20 reflected on there. I called Vital Health foods and was put through from one department to the next. I was told that I need to call back today as the person I need to speak to is not in. When I advised that I will be writing a review on Hello Peter Ibtishaam and Zelda was quick to assist and advised that they received my payment and they will call me back in the morning. To date I have received no call from either of them and my order still reflects as unpaid in the system. Should my goodies not be delivered within the next day, I shall reserve my rights as I Have proof of payment.
