plastic found inside mini rice cakes - unhygienic

<p>I purchased the two packets of Vital's "Mini Rice Cakes , Fruit Chutney Flavour" for R7.25 each. At Pick 'n Pay express merriman at 17:12, 8 May 2016. The first packet I opened conatined a ball of blastic on the inside amongst the rice cakes (food content). This plastic is see through and covered in the flavouring. Personaly I chose the Vital brand as they advertise health, yet this can not be hygenic. It is clearly a fault that occered at the manufacture of the, as the plastic was sealed on the inside. This is poor service quality and I am not accepting this standard. I will not go back and return the product at the convince store as the petrole will cost me more for the inconvince. I considered the Vital brand of a higher range product and thus expected higher quality, but I am unsatisfied with my encounter as this was not even of avergae quality. I opened the second packet I bought and it was fine. I understand that outling situations do occur in life. Yet it seems there is a lack of process checks, within the manufacturing value chain of Vital. I will not eat the packate with the plastic inside as It confirms that I dont know what is in the food.</p>
