No reply from Vital Health Foods via telephonic, facebook message or e-mail

I have placed an order on the 6th of December the order says Estimated arrival 2-4 workings days I just want clarity when will I receive my order will it be today or tomorrow as our office are closing on Wednesday. I have phoned the Cape Town office no answer, I have send e-mails out no reply, I have send facebook messages no reply I phoned again this morning the JHB office and the person that answered could not help me he informed me he will find out for me what is going on and get back to me up to now nothing is happening I want answer and nobody is willing to assist here. I am not very happy with the service I am receiving at all as nobody is willing to assist here. My order number is #45080
