Installed a reject garage door

Searched online for a new garage door. Siya called back and then came to measure. Said he would install in one day. It took 3 days. Firstly he came with a driver who was drunk (at 10am) and who proceeded to knock off an alarm sensor - cost of about R2,500. Long story short - the garage door almost fell onto my new car. Tried calling VITAL DOORS and Siya - no answer. Called in someone to look at garage door and they pointed out more than 7 errors / omissions in the installation, the biggest issue being that the garage door itself was a reject. I am now R8,700 out of pocket with no working garage door and no answer from Vital Doors.
