Rude and dissapointing service

I have visited VitaCare pharmacy in Rondebosch on numerous occasions. Recently I went to fill a prescription and was met with the most rude and displeasing service I have ever received. The woman at the counter, Maureen, did not greet me and I had to wait 5 minutes before she acknowledged I was awaiting assistance (I was the only person at the counter). Throughout our transaction she was rude, ****** and patronizing toward me. I am deeply dissapointed at the service I have received and will not be supporting this pharmacy again. I urge VitaCare to train their employees on professional customer service.
