********** Business? Radio silence after my order!

I made an order and paid for my shipping. The order was meant to arrive in 2-5 business days (I ordered on 10/01/2022) and even now by the 30th of Jan my order has still not arrived. For about a week or more I have been WhatsApping the business, calling, calling their office number, emailing them with reference to my order confirmation number and leaving messages on their web page. Still I have not been contacted and I am unable to get my product. I still don’t have my order and they have taken my money.
