Unresolved Results and Lack of Communication at Vistech College

In 2016, I enrolled at Vistech College for my N4 and N5 in Electrical Engineering. After completing my N4, I received my certificate, but the statement of results was not issued. After writing my N5, i came back to check my results, I was informed that my Mathematics results were pending, and I had failed Power Machines, so I continued waiting as instructed.

I have been waiting ever since, and despite numerous attempts to follow up, the issue remains unresolved. Recently, I contacted Vistech College to register for the subjects I failed, only to be told there is no record of me having completed my N5 at the college. This is both frustrating and untrue, as I attended classes and completed my assessments, and also Paid all monies owed to them.

The lack of communication and failure to provide accurate records is incredibly disappointing. I urge Vistech College to address this issue urgently and assist me in obtaining my N5 results so I can proceed with my studies.
