Bad Performance /Treatment

<p>My sister she is attending school at Vistech college in Braamfontein Johannesburg i dont know if you will be able to assist me cause i cant find them on the business search theier contact number is ********** 684, she started there March 2016 i called them to ask about their fees and registration the lady by the name of Thuli told me its 15000 but they gave the student a busary of 8000 no registartion fee you only paid 100 for a student card, and i ask her terms of payment she says i can do a monthly instalment or if ive got the money i can do settlement of 8000 i told her that i can afford 1000 per month , she says they will give my sister a form i must feel it and signed it in that form i staed that i will pay 1000 a months my sister submitted they never called me to tell me that they dont agree with thath 1000 , i think around June they send me sms saying i supposed to finish that 8000 end of July in order for my sister to qualify for that busary if i couldnt do that my sister will pay the whole 15000 i called them and say why they are giving us a short notice like this i ve got another responsibilities to attend my son schoolfees, transport , my sister transport my transport rent food etc i cant afford to pay 8000 in 5 months , for a year yes that is why i signe those forms with them i knew that i can pay the 8000 for a year period. after that they stated abusing my sister now when she goes for classes they will chase her out saying you are owing us money and she will told them that but my sister spoke with you about this and they will tell her that me im stuborn i dont understand their rules, and there is a lady by the name of Dimpho she called my sister and said you know what i want to draft a payment schedule for your sister she must tell me if she agreed on that cause now they are forcing me to pay that 7000 left cause i finish my 8000 payment after July so i supposed to pay the whole 15000 i agree on that draft schedule. my sister told Dimpho on August they send me sms saying they are giving the student a busary again for 2017 of 8000 but i supposed to pay 3000 before end of November 2016 in order for her to qualify for a busary for 2017 no agreement they gave us to sign or what they just send me sms i said ok cause i finish their 8000 payment on August 2016, i stated now September a payment for that 3000 so that my sister will qualify for busary on 2017 cause i want her to study but i cant afford 15000 a year its too much for me . On the 20 october Thusday they send me sms saying my sister she cant right exams November cause she is owing the shoolfees of 7000 in order for her to right exams i must pay that 7000 end of October and no arrangement payment allowed on the 24 October Monday my sister went to school they chase her out saying she is owing and she cant right the exams and now i sick and tired to talk to them Mr Peter i want my money back cause i paid that school from March to September the amount of 9000 and my sister cant right the exams again , i think this people they are just taking me advantage just because im poor i dont have money they are busy playing with my mind and now my sister she is so stressed that she atend a school the whole year at the end they are telling her she cant right exams because she is owing schoolfees, atlease they should let her right exams after they can hold the results , but what they are doing now they just abusing our emotions now cause they have the rights, please Mr peter help me if they cant allow my sister to right they must give me my money back.</p> <p> </p> <p>your response and assistant will be much appreciated.</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards</p> <p>Wendy</p>
