Poor Service Delivery

This is worse printing company ever I spoke to a guy by the Name of Alex regrading a mistake the printing company did on four pull up banners, I was speaking to him politely on the phone regarding the rectification of the pull banners and he became rude and very arrogant he said I was irritating him for asking him what really happened and what caused the mistake, this company does not want to return the money that we paid for the pull up banners that were done incorrectly, and they do not want to fix the damage that they caused, they think for customers and do not want to be questioned when things are done wrong, they treat customers as if they are not important and keep ******ing money but have poor delivery of their services even after paying, their reviews on the website is also ****.
