VISTA CLINIC NOT SAFE FOR FEMALE PATIENTS

My daughter was referred to Vista Clinic for treatment and her experience there was diabolically bad! So bad that we collected her after having only being at Vista for 4 hours. My daughter experienced the following: 1) After being admitted she was shown to her room and then had zero contact with any of the staff or the******s, barring being ordered to go have lunch by one of the nurses. 2) No orientation was done at all. 3) Her roommate enquired whether she had brought "Jik" for the bathrooms because they were disgusting. 4) Male and female patients are allowed to interact freely. 5) My daughter was accosted by a male patient in the dining area when she went to have lunch. 6) Th nurse on duty in the dining room, instead of coming to my daughter's assistance, joined in laughing and scoffing at her along with some of the other patients. This was the final straw and she then called us to please come and fetch her as she felt unsafe. To say that we were shocked and horrified at what had transpired is an absolute understatement!! I have serious concerns for the wellbeing, both mental and physical for any female patients being treated at Vista and I strongly believe that this facility should be investigated and reviewed by the relevant governmental department. Speaking to the management was of no use as they were condescending and defensive.
