MENTAL PATIENT TREATED HORIIBLY,SHOULD I SUCCUMB TO MY MENTAL CONDITION PLEASE BLAME MY DEATH ON VISTA CLINIC AND THE ABOVE MENTIONED DOCTOR WHERE I WENT SEEKING HELP

Hi Guys, May you please help get in contact with the correct people to report an unprofessional psychiatrist outside of her place of appointment to a board as I've received the most horrible service as an outpatient that was just discharged in December after being admitted for major depressive disorder, I've been left stranded without medication because of miscommunication where DR LESHILO left me helpless , as a result the suicidal thoughts that landed me hospital have come back to haunt me i last slept on Friday 31sst of March from random pill overdose as I couldn't get a wink of sleep i needed the rest and in that time my mind told me that was the only way out ONLY TO WAKE UP SUNDAY THE SECOND OF APRIL 2023 i couldn't even believe i'd been out since Friday the 31st March 2023. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!! SHOULD I SUCCUMB TO MY MENTAL CONDITION PLEASE BLAME MY DEATH ON VISTA CLINIC AND THE ABOVE MENTIONED DOCTOR WHERE I WENT SEEKING HELP.
