Bad Attitude Towards a patient

Im admitted in Vista clinic and tonight shift I got such a treatment from a male sister who I strongly believe might have taken a wrong profession, I walked up to the unit reception and asked him if it's possible that I can go smoking reason being I'm not well and I need to calm down, and he tells me it's impossible that I understand was just hoping they can understand my situation as I was drained by the task my Drs gave me, and he goes and tells me to sit down on the sofas and ill be okay then he looks away and attend to something else, not even trying to find out what was bothering me,or maybe try to show some interest into resolving my situation,which I found very frustrating and I said ohk may I please have my meds and he tells me I can have them only at 20:30 and I tell him I take mine earlier and he says then why didn't you come then, I never had to experience this since I was admitted here but this shift is honestly not in the correct profession, the attitude and the fact that I was treated like a nobody and judged because im in Vista Psychiatric Clinic not even not knowing why am here for by a male sister who's supposed to be assisting and understanding us.Such a disgrace
