Nimue and bad reaction

I had a facial at Viso Bello on the 7th of March, the name of the the****** was Elaine who I had no idea and the time was also the owner of the Spa. She used Nimue products on my skin even though I had listed on my form that I had sensitive skin. For the whole hour she spoke about everything I was doing wrong and when I responded she answered in a very patronizing manner. I usually book facials for relaxation but Elaine made sure that I would not enjoy one minute of it. 4 days after the facial, my face broke out in big red blotches that was both burning and painful. Today I called Elaine to enquire as to what I could do. He first reaction is for her to deny that it is as a result of the products that she has used, nor did she offer any advise of how I should treat this. I work and an executive position where I need to look very presentable and its difficult for me go through my day without people commenting on my face. I do not recommend anyone to go to Viso Bello.
