Vision Works Raslouw BAD EXPERIENCE EVER!!

My hasband went to vision works for a eye test,the lady at the front desk informed him that its only going to be R90.00 to do the test. So my husband agreed that they can put it through the medial aid.Five days after the test we received our statment from our medical aid.We were SHOCKED!They charged us R414.50.

We went back to the optometrist and raised the concern and we were told that they can charge the medical more.

After we left the shop the lady at the front desk cursed us..very un profesional.

This is not provesional or cannot charge 300% mark up just because its the medical aid..

Please sort this out as the medical aid also been informed of the same.

We went back to ask why would they put R414 through the medical aid as the amount was only to be R90.The lady who is very rude and unprofessional said to us,all of a suden oh if you put it through the medical aid is more...This is *****! ! I told her then why did u not say that all of a suden it will be R414 now,how do you go from R90 to R414? This is unexceptable,this is the people that makes us pay more and more for our medical aids.

We had a bad experience with vision works the people there is very rude and unfriendly.

I wont ever advise anyone to them.
