Vision Works- Never again.. ***** and waste of time

In Feb I paid for glasses. Changed the lens on the old one, went with a promo where I get a second free...The 2nd was to be tested and tinted. In September I got the 2nd pair, tested and 1 eye had the tinit on.. Returned it and asked for it to be fixed. October 11 I went to collect it, There was no tint on the lenses... I paid for that, but The long wait and the issues makes this the worst experience ever. I left the 2nd pair behind and walked out as they tried to justify why it was not tinted,, REALLY!. I will be turning everyone I know off them as a brande..as spending 9+thousand just to have lenses changed,,,, and the 2nd pair apparently free, shame, never again I will rather go to clicks for there reading glasses from now on.
