Vision Works - a Disappointment

I needed to get my first pair of glasses, understandably a daunting and unfami**** process. I chose Vision Works because the reviews on the optometrist were good. Worst mistake. I eventually received my glasses only to have them be extremely skew. I went in several times to ask for help only yo get told it was me margining it and it wasn’t the glasses. The staff were so rude and degrading and I never once saw the optometrist who did my eye test again. There was always a new one around. Their client relations, communication, willingness to help and customer loyalty are non existent.
