Vision Works

I went for my regular eye test at Vision works in Greenacres next to Dischem, there was a lady optometrist that tested my eyes. After testing my eyes and by getting new glasses, I was told there was a difference of R530 pay in, in order to get my glasses. The payment was made via my card swiping it at the optometrist not checking the amount nor my slip, a week later I realized going through my sms that a R5000 was deducted. I phoned them immediately which they denied telling me it was R530, altogether I paid R7000 with the medical aid contribution. I am very unhappy with there services I am 7 years a client of Mr Raga and never ever did a incident like this occur. It was the 1st time my eyes got tested by someone else I am a very unhappy disappointment client in there pathetic services they have given even the way they handled my complaint I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there. I was told they will come back to me due to the fact that the glasses they have issued me is of no use I can't see with it.
