Unfair eye test

I am very unhappy with vision works. I mistakenly called them asking what time is my eye appointment. Reception ask my name and say it's for Wednesday 2pm. I dont ever make appointments for after 12. So I told her then she says it's for 1130am. I go in and confirm I. Here for the R990 special. When the test was done she quotes R3500. . I was shocked and offered to pay for the eye test. She couldn't explain to me about why the special was not available. Late afternoon I recieve a sms fro. The correct optometrist neo vision confirming my appointment for 1130 the following day. I took it up with vision works saying they should not have **** to me about my name being in their book. The receptionist could have cleared it with me that they dont offer this promotion. I asked for my refund which is denied. My calls are not being answered and reception is speaking more and more lies.
