The saga continues with Overport City Vision Works

The saga continues. FROM MY PRIOR REVIEW TO NOW I AM STILL UNHAPPY WITH THE TERRIBLE OUT COME AT VISION WORKS OVERPORT CITY AND THEY DON'T SEEM TO CARE. Vision works not only gave me broken glasses they have now given me a replacement pair which are red and i refuse to accept a pair of frames in a colour i did not even choose. They have told me to come back and choose a different frame. (Of which i already explained that none of the others fit me)All these comebacks and who must compensate me for my fuel spent running up and down. How must i return back there when i work in the week? I have emailed head office and they don't even have the audacity to respond to my email or state that they have received it. What shocking customer service. I cannot believe this branch is still running.. and with happy customers. Absolutely horrific experience!!!!!!
