Terrible customer service

Bad service. I went to get classes on the 15 April 2024, I was told to expect them between 7 to 10 days , it's the 10 May 2024 , I didn't recieve them and I am the one always calling them I keep on getting excuses from the receptionist who seems not to know what she is doing .
