Shocking Service from Vision Works Mall of Africa

Vision Works Mall of Africa has to be the Branch with the worst service I have ever received from any Optometrist. They do not get back to you after countless calls... Their processes are not communicated. They do not value Customers as I was told they have other practices at which the Optometrist operates from so I should not expect feedback as they are busy, even after promising me that I would get back to us - WOW - I actually have no words - clearly they do not need our business. I will never recommend anyone use this Branch. Shocking Service!!!
