Pathetic Service and Staff has attitude

Vision Works - Raslouw Lifestyle Centre, Centurion

I took my glasses to be slightly tighten as they were lose for quite some time. Within seconds the consultant came back telling me that my glasses broke and there's nothing they can do as the warranty has expired, after a long argument and me telling her how unhappy I was she got me a cheap frame from the drawer and advised that she will make a plan to move my lenses to the cheap frame and I should come back Monday, I told her there's no way I can come back Monday (today being Wed) as I rely on my glasses for driving and working, she then agreed that I should come the following morning being Thursday. Thursday I picked up the glasses and I was told if the new pair breaks while their adjusting it, it will not be replaced she adjusted them a bit and that same afternoon I went back as I realise that the glasses are stew and very uncomfortable, she said there's nothing more she can do and reffered me to Specs Saver in Centurion Mall. My question is why am I referred to Specsavers for fixing Vision Works glasses??? I'm utterly disappointed by the level of service and attitude received from your consultants, after myself and husband being their clients for over 6 years, that is the reason that Raslow branch is always empty because you're don't treat your customers well.
