Pathetic lies

Its 3 weeks and I am still waiting for my refund from vision works cape road. Despite the fact both receptionists admitted their mistake and said they are waiting for ms Raga to get back to me. No decency with that company. Not a return call. Pathetic and unprofessional. They just speak untruths. Even head office is going in circles and promising to get back to me. Not a word I heard from then since last week. Absolutely unfair.
