Passing the buck

I had a very unfair deal with vision works cape road and the staff **** and make false claims. I called in to head office and explained my story. The team leader acknowledged it was the receptionist fault and she was going to look into the matter. She promised to return my call. Still didnt hear from anyone. Yet another incident brushed under the carpet by these untrue people from vision works.
