Not willing to assist non white clients

The optometrist is to old and ****** to do her job

i went for an eye test that costed R300 plus and awaiting trial lenses for 2 weeks and no one came back to me , i called and they had forgotten to order it , i asked to order two different brands because i had a problem in the past with the brand i was using , they ordered the 2 brands and when i went to try them on i arrived 10 minutes before my appointment but i was only seen 15 minutes after my appointment started because the optom was assisting a while male client fulfilling all of his requests , i try the lens and she insist that i order them because they are fine , i ask for a day to test them at night , the next day i go ask for the other brand to test and i get interrogated as if i was trying to score free trial lenses , this lady just didn't want to help me further she kept on insisting that i order the other brand and all i wanted to do was make sure im ordering the correct lenses and not be faced with the same problem i had in the past , i then told her to forget about the whole thing and she turns back and says sure no problem.....i mean if i was white i would of received better service
