Not promised time for delivery
I did an eye test and put in an order for new set of glasses . I was told 7 to 10 working days. When I call them the first time for progress , I was told I will get feedback. But no one calls me back I had to call back a second time , and then I given feedback that my sunglasses are back but my prescription glasses take maybe another week or more. That's way over the 7 to 10 working days This not acceptable .
