Not happy customer

My husband went to Vision works Centurion in October 2023 for his glasses and paid for 6 months upfront for contact lenses of which he will collect each month. He couldn't read with the glasses . So he went back in December only to find out that all his information was wiped off simply because they changed managed. It is March 2024 now and it is now that they are trying to help. I so wish we checked the reviews before going to them
