Vision Works (Mall of Africa) - stay away! Worst service, processes claims on the wrong beneficiary, taking months to resolve. Does not tell you when there’s a back order and you discover at home you only received contacts for one eye! Puts you on hold for almost 5 minutes at your own expense while they try figure out what they themselves have done.
