Never let me down

I went to the Vision Works Greenstone branch a few years back simply because I was in the area at the time, and since that visit I go out of my way to go back there every time. They are frequently very busy (always a good sign), but consistently go out of their way to ensure I'm a satisfied customer. My last trip, I needed to repair my trodden-on glasses. They immediately ordered the temple that was broken, told me it would be about R300 and could take up to two weeks to arrive depending on the supplier. 3 days later I got a call saying it was ready! When I went to collect, somebody from head office was inspecting/assisting/overseeing (another good sign). They assisted me, fitted the part, in a minute flat, and insisted that this fix was free of charge! This is not the first time that I have been impressed by the customer service, helpfulness and genuine interest I experience when I go there, and thus I will continue to go out of my way to go there for all my eye care needs :)
