My best eyes yet!

<p>Last week I went to Vision Works in Victory Park to get a new pair of glasses. I have always dreaded this task as the people I have previously dealt with were unfriendly and impatient and were only ever interested in selling their most expensive frames, regardless of my individual needs. My husband had great service from Vision Works two years ago, and is still wearing the same pair of specs! I cannot emphasise enough what amazing help I received from Charlotte at Vision Works. She took into consideration my preferences, what will and will not work for me, and also the best options to help me with my peripheral blindness. She allowed me to look at every available frame in the shop and patiently helped me to narrow my choices down. Her honesty and integrity was simply awesome. I could tell that this is not just a job for her, but something she takes pride in and clearly excels at. She was professional and efficient and made a huge effort to get hold of my prescription from my previous optometrist. I was told to wait 7 to 10 working days, but my glasses were ready in 3 working days! I have never been able to see clearer thanks to the shape of the frame that Charlotte helped me choose. It is currently late at night, and I still haven't taken off my specs! I was also really glad to see that Vision Works stocks a great range of Invu sunglasses. I own a pair which is quite broken now, but I have not been able to find any other stockists with a decent range. I will no doubt be returning to purchase a pair of Invu sunglasses and hole that I will have the pleasure of dealing with Charlotte again. Thank you Vision Works, I will be recommending you to all my patients and friends, and so will my husband. </p>
